Do you occasionally travel with Syntus Utrecht and U-OV in the province of Utrecht, especially during off-peak hours? With 'U-OV Off-Peak Reduction Year' you receive a 40% discount in the off-peak hours and at the weekends. Are you between 4 and 11 years old or 65 years and older? Then you will receive this discount on top of the national age discount of 34%. This way you always travel cheaply during off-peak hours and weekends.

- In the buses of Syntus Utrecht and U-OV (Qbuzz) and the express tram of U-OV as well as lines 195 and 295 (Arriva and Syntus) in the province of Utrecht.
- Also valid with Qbuzz in DMG.
- During off-peak hours and of course on weekends.
- The off-peak hours of Syntus Utrecht are: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00 and from 18:30 to 06:30, in the weekend from Friday after 18:30 to Monday 06:30.
- The off-peak hours of U-OV are: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00 and from 18:30 to 06:30, in the weekend from Friday after 18:30 to Monday 04:00.
- Please note: this season ticket cannot be placed on an OV-chipcard with Travel on Account (NS Business Card and NS Flex).
Interesting if you occasionally use public transport recreationally, but certainly also for commuters and scolars who do not travel frequently/often but only a few times a month and over a relatively short distance during off-peak hours or weekends.
